No, parking is not included in the rental price. There are parking lots near the studios or in the street.

Yes we will give you an invoice by email at the end of your stay.
Cancellation of your stay is free up to 30 days before your arrival.
We love animals but unfortunately they are not allowed in the apartment for hygiene reasons.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector.
